1. Ownership: The artwork remains the property of the artist until payment is received in full.

 

2. Copyright: The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display the artwork without the artist's consent.

 

3. Returns: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, unless product is damaged at the time of delivery.  Conditions apply.

 

4. Shipping: The artist will ship the artwork to the address provided by you. You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

 

5. Damages: If the artwork arrives damaged, please notify the artist within 48 hours of delivery. The artist will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

6. Payment: Payment must be made in full before the artwork is shipped.

 

7. Limitation of Liability: The artist is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the purchase or use of the artwork.
